This policy explains what 1 Haul At A Time Dumpster Company (“we”) collects through 1haulatatime.com and what we do with it. The short version: we use what you send us to answer your request, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you send our quote form, we receive what you type in:

  • your name, phone number and (if you give it) email address;
  • the delivery address, town and ZIP code;
  • the dumpster size, drop-off date, project type, any extra-charge items and your notes;
  • the page you sent the form from and the time you sent it.

The delivery checker works entirely in your browser — the town or ZIP you type there isn’t sent to us. We don’t ask for your location, and we don’t collect payment details on this website.

How we use it

To reply to your request: to call or email you with a quote, schedule a drop-off and pickup, and keep a record of the job. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

  • Email delivery. Form submissions reach us as an email sent through SMTP2GO, our email delivery service. If you give your email address, we send you a copy of your request the same way.
  • Hosting. The site runs on Vercel, and our domain’s DNS is managed by Cloudflare. Like any web host, they process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
  • Spam protection. The form shows a quick check to keep out spam bots. If we switch it to Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare processes data from your browser to tell people from bots, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use analytics or advertising tags, and this website doesn’t set cookies of its own. If that changes, we’ll update this page before it does.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling 860-759-8131. Connecticut residents have these rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act where it applies.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging a dumpster rental. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
